All products manufactured by Baumalight are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims are reviewed solely by Baumalight on a case-by-case basis.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Carson Attachments at sales@carsonattachments.com. Once we collect the necessary details, we will forward your information to Baumalight to begin the claims process.
Please note that Carson Attachments does not offer any supplemental warranty coverage and cannot guarantee the approval or fulfillment of warranty claims submitted to Baumalight.
Warranty Coverage Details
Baumalight offers two distinct warranties depending on the product category:
1. Baumalight Attachment Warranty
Coverage Period:

12 months from the original date of purchase

Valid for the original purchaser only

What’s Covered:

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service

Parts and labor costs for valid claims

Ground shipping for warranted replacement parts
What’s Not Covered:

Misuse or negligence
-
Shipping to/from service facilities

Dealer travel time
-
Damage during shipping or transit
-
Compatibility issues between carriers and attachments

Auction purchases (no warranty applies)

Labor or diagnosis for replacement parts after warranty expiration
Repairs:

May be performed by the end user, if capable

Dealers must confirm repair time with Baumalight if it’s not listed online

Maximum of 1 hour labor covered for diagnostics or troubleshooting, regardless of cause
Additional Notes:

Replacement of full assemblies or individual parts is at Baumalight’s discretion

Expedited shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Original bill of sale is required for all claims

Expedited shipping (only ground is covered)

Diagnostic labor exceeding 1 hour

Labor or troubleshooting for parts replaced after warranty expiration
Repairs & Responsibilities:

Must follow supplied Operating and Maintenance Instructions

Warranty repairs may be performed by qualified end users

Damaged shipments must be noted and photographed before accepting delivery

General Terms and Limitations
Baumalight’s liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. Under no circumstances will the manufacturer be liable for:

Loss of profits or revenue

Incidental or consequential damages

Product maintenance or compatibility assessments

Carrier damage during transit
