We are partnered with trusted freight carriers to deliver your LTL shipments as quick as possible. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after leaving the manufacturer's warehouse. Please look at the top of each product page to see if there is a manufacturer lead time for the particular item you are looking at. We’re happy to coordinate special services like liftgate delivery or terminal pickup upon request. Simply reach out to us on using one of our contact methods and we will have it taken care of for you. Smaller items will be shipped out using FedEx, UPS and USPS.

• Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after purchase.
  
• You may cancel your order within this processing window without penalty.
  
• If the order is canceled after it has shipped or past the 2-day window, a 20% restocking fee and return shipping charges will apply.

Yes, we do offer liftgate services and it is included in the cost of shipping. A liftgate is a hydraulic platform attached to the back of a delivery truck that helps lower heavy or oversized items to the ground. This service is especially helpful if your delivery location doesn’t have a loading dock or forklift available. If you think you’ll need liftgate assistance, just let us know when placing your order, and we’ll be happy to arrange it.

Yes, every order includes tracking at no additional cost. Tracking information will be available as soon as your order ships from the manufacturer’s warehouse. You’ll receive a tracking number via email, and you can also use our tracking page to check the status of your shipment anytime.

• Items may be returned within 30 days from the date they are delivered.
  
• A restocking fee of 20% will apply to returned items.
  
• Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns unless otherwise stated.
