We are partnered with trusted freight carriers to deliver your LTL shipments as quick as possible. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after leaving the manufacturer's warehouse. Please look at the top of each product page to see if there is a manufacturer lead time for the particular item you are looking at. We’re happy to coordinate special services like liftgate delivery or terminal pickup upon request. Simply reach out to us on using one of our contact methods and we will have it taken care of for you. Smaller items will be shipped out using FedEx, UPS and USPS.

You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to request any changes, including order cancellations, updates to shipping information, product selections, or order quantities. After this window, we begin processing your order to ensure timely delivery, and changes may no longer be possible. Please reach out to our customer service as soon as possible if changes need to be made.

Yes, we do offer liftgate services for an additional fee. A liftgate is a hydraulic platform attached to the back of a delivery truck that helps lower heavy or oversized items to the ground. This service is especially helpful if your delivery location doesn’t have a loading dock or forklift available. If you think you’ll need liftgate assistance, just let us know when placing your order, and we’ll be happy to arrange it.

Yes, every order includes tracking at no additional cost. Tracking information will be available as soon as your order ships from the manufacturer’s warehouse. You’ll receive a tracking number via email, and you can also use our tracking page to check the status of your shipment anytime.

At Carson Attachments, we’re committed to excellent customer service and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Returns are only accepted for unused items within 30 days of shipment and are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy. Not all products are eligible, so please contact us to confirm return options for your specific item. Return shipping costs and restocking fees (set by the manufacturer) are the customer’s responsibility. Items that have been used or modified are non-returnable. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and may incur storage fees. Tracking is provided with every order, and cancellations are allowed before shipment unless the product is built-to-order or financed. Refunds are issued once approved by the manufacturer and may take up to 10 business days. Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis for unused items. For damaged or lost items, document issues at delivery and contact us right away—we’ll help resolve it.
