Return Policy


Carson Attachments is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring confidence in your online purchases. Our return policy applies exclusively to unused items and is separate from warranty claims. For warranty details, please visit our warranty page.

Not all orders are eligible for return once shipped. Since we order directly from the manufacturer, returns are subject to their policies. If the manufacturer does not permit returns, we cannot process one on your behalf. Return eligibility varies case by case, so please contact us for specific details on your brand or product.


If an Item is Eligible for Return
We accept returns for refunds, including sales tax, within 30 days of the shipping date. Only unused items qualify for return. Once an item has been attached to a machine, connected to hydraulics, used, or otherwise shows signs of use, it is no longer returnable unless covered under warranty. Clearance items marked as Closeout, Clearance, Demo, Used, or Prototype are sold as-is and cannot be returned.

Orders exceeding the 30-day return window are not eligible for return or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee may also apply, as determined by the manufacturer, and will be the customer’s responsibility.

Unauthorized returns will be rejected and sent back at the customer's expense. If an item cannot be returned to the customer, we will hold it for 3 business days at no charge before storage fees are applied ($10 per day for parcels, $100 per day for pallets/crates). Items held for 30 days will be considered abandoned.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For items shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order without justification. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds
Cancellations (Before an Order Ships)
You can cancel your order at no charge before it ships (exceptions apply for built-to-order and financed orders). Contact us immediately at sales@carsonattachments.com to request a full refund.

Cancellations of Built-to-Order Products
Built-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun. These products are made specifically for your order and are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Standard Orders (Non-Financed)
Refund requests are handled case by case based on the manufacturer's policies. Since Carson Attachments orders directly from manufacturers, their return policies take precedence.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of shipping. After this period, orders are no longer eligible for a refund.

Eligible products must be unused, unmodified, and in original packaging (or repackaged with manufacturer approval). A receipt, purchase order, or online order number is required.

Once the manufacturer approves your return, refunds will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. If it takes longer than 15 business days, please contact sales@carsonattachments.com.

Financed Orders (Buy Now, Pay Later)
Cancellations and refunds must be requested in writing via email to your Carson Attachments Sales Representative or by calling (775) 400-2658 at least 24 business hours before the order ships and is funded by the finance company.

Once a financed order ships, it is considered fully funded and final, meaning no returns will be accepted. We encourage you to consult with a representative before financing.

For approved refunds on financed orders that have not shipped, proof of purchase is required to process the request.


Exchanges
If you ordered an item incompatible with your machine, we may facilitate an exchange on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval by both Carson Attachments and the manufacturer.

Exchange eligibility follows the same conditions as returns:

  • Must be requested within 30 days of shipping.

  • Must be unused, unmodified, and in original packaging (or approved repackaging).

  • A receipt, purchase order, or online order number is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and the shipping cost of the new item. We recommend purchasing the correct item separately to minimize wait times. Once the returned item is received and approved, a refund will be issued.


Lost or Damaged Items
If your shipment arrives damaged, you must document it on the Delivery Receipt and refuse the shipment by noting it on the driver’s handheld device.

We strongly recommend inspecting items upon delivery before signing the receipt. If your order is damaged and you wish to initiate a return, do not sign the receipt. Instead, note the damage on the delivery receipt.

Customers are responsible for filing freight claims with the carrier, but Carson Attachments will assist in resolving the issue. If an item is confirmed damaged in transit, a replacement will be sent at no extra cost.

If you suspect your order is lost in transit, notify us immediately. We will coordinate with the carrier to locate your shipment. If your order is confirmed as lost and no alternative solutions exist, Carson Attachments will send a replacement at no additional charge.


Our Warranty
CarsonAttachments.com sells all products with manufacturer warranties unless otherwise specified. Visit our warranty page or the product listing for warranty details. Carson Attachments does not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer.
