Order Confirmation Process

When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email to confirm we’ve received it and pre-authorized your credit card. At this stage, we immediately verify with our suppliers to ensure the item is in stock and ready to ship.

  • If the item is backordered or unavailable – We’ll cancel the pre-authorization and notify you via email.
  • If the item is available for shipping – If your order can be shipped within 5 business days, we’ll process the payment and begin the shipping process.

Orders are packaged and shipped based on the manufacturer’s schedule, packaging guidelines, and chosen shipping carrier. Shipping times vary depending on the manufacturer and order size. Lead times are subject to change without notice.

Special Guidelines for Built-to-Order Items

If your item is labeled as "Built-to-Order," we will confirm the expected production timeline with the manufacturer before processing your payment.

  • If the lead time doesn’t meet your needs and production hasn’t started, we’ll cancel the order and void the payment authorization.
  • Once manufacturing begins, the order becomes non-cancellable and the payment will be processed.

Order Shipment and Tracking

For in-stock items, once your payment is processed, your order will ship within five business days.

  • Tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout within 24 hours of shipment.
  • If you don’t receive tracking information within six business days, contact us at sales@carsonattachments.com.

Shipping Restrictions and Availability

We currently ship only within the United States, but some exceptions apply.

  • If our website allows you to enter a shipping address, we can fulfill your order.
  • Certain products may be eligible for shipment to Canada as well.

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, shipping times are based on supplier and freight company information and are subject to change due to:

Shipping Options

Our standard Curb-side Pickup Shipping is always FREE!

  • Delivery typically takes 5 to 15 days.
  • We’ll update this policy as more shipping options become available.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Damaged Items:

If your shipment arrives damaged:

  1. Document the damage on the Delivery Receipt.
  2. Refuse the shipment and note the damage on the driver’s handheld device.

✅ We recommend inspecting all items before signing the delivery receipt.
✅ If you discover damage after delivery, you are responsible for filing a freight claim with the carrier — but we’ll assist you throughout the process.
✅ If confirmed as damaged in transit, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Lost Shipments:

If you believe your order is lost:

  • Notify us immediately.
  • We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package.
  • If the shipment is not found after investigation, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
